We are committed to providing quality legal advice, and we believe that quality legal advice means more than just finding the correct technical answer; it also means providing practical solutions to help our clients achieve their goals.

In order to provide quality legal advice, we believe it is critical to get to know our clients, their businesses and their goals. We are committed to taking the time to understand our clients' needs and to listening to what they tell us.
We provide exceptional value
We want our clients to feel that they have received good value for the fees we charge. We do this in three ways: we find the most efficient path to effective solutions; we minimize overhead; and we analyse each account before it goes out to ensure that the account reflects the value provided to the client. Providing exceptional value can entail stepping away from the 'billable hour', and we are open to alternative billing arrangements such as fixed fees and monthly retainers.
We are accessible
We want our clients to be able to reach us when they need to, and to be comfortable visiting or calling when they have a question or want to chat. We want to communicate openly and frankly with our clients, sharing information and insights to help develop the most efficient and creative ways to solve their problems.
We are responsive
Our firm is designed to ensure that our clients' work gets done in a timely manner. Each client is a client of the entire firm and each member of the firm is responsible to ensure that our commitments to our clients are met.
